Following is a notice of the public meetings of the OEBB Board for March 2010. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.

Tuesday, March 9, 2010 – 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup will conduct a public meeting to review and consider proposed plan design options and program strategies for the 2010-2011 plan year. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Web site on or before Monday, March 8, 2010.

Tuesday, March 9, 2010 – 2:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. – PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The Business and Operations Workgroup will conduct a public meeting to review and consider proposed amendments to Division 20 and 70 Oregon Administrative Rules, begin preliminary discussions relating to the OEBB administrative fee for 2010-11 and receive a staff update. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Web site on or before Monday, March 8, 2010.

Thursday, March 11, 2010 – 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The OEBB Board will conduct a public meeting to select the Apparent Successful Proposer (ASP) for the employee assistance program (EAP) vendor, receive an update from the Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup, review and consider plan design options for the 2010-11 plan year and receive updates from the Business and Operations Workgroup and staff. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Web site on or before Tuesday, March 9, 2010.

Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Full- and half-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure. Permits can be purchased at the Parking Office, 1225 Ferry St SE, 1st floor. The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location.
