The Contract Services section supervises purchasing and contracts for DAS, the Governor’s Office and client agencies. The section oversees the entire process to ensure everyone involved follows the rules and understands their role and expectations. The section creates contracts, and sets up rules and policies for the following:

Personal and professional service contracts

Interagency, Intergovernmental, Interstate, International or Tribal Agreements
The passage of Senate Bill 671 during the 1999 legislative session now requires all state agencies to submit information into a database, created by the Department of Administrative Services, for Intergovernmental, Interagency, Interstate, International, or Tribal Agreements as defined in ORS 190. Customers of OPS Contract Services should contact one of our team members for assistantce with Interagency, Intergovernmental, Interstate, International or Tribal Agreements.
