Collection Contract Firms
Contract Availability
The following Private Collection Firms are available for use under the Statewide Collection Contract.  These services are available to any state agency, department, board or commission as well as local ORCPP members.
 
Twelve agreements were awarded, however, two are outstanding and will be posted in ORPIN as soon as they are available. (As of August 1, 2011)
 
There is a significant change in the new Price Agreements. Section 11.4 is new and was added to cover compliance with OAR 125-247-0600(4)(d)(B), which requires the identification of post-award contractor selection which involve multiple awards in a single solicitation. This is a requirement for statewide price agreements that was not in place during the last contract start up and this is a very important step.
 
The new contracts have an initial three (3) year term and may be extended for additional periods. The term of the Price Agreements shall not exceed ten (10) years.
 
Refer to ORPIN for contract details. Procurement staff at the State Procurement Office (SPO) are available to assist you regarding these contracts.
