Description of Coverage:  All real and personal property of every kind and description owned by the State of Oregon, or in which the insured has an insurable interest or held by the insured in trust, on consignment, on commission, in storage, for repairs or otherwise, or held on joint account with others, or sold but not delivered or removed, specifically including the insured´s legal liability therefore, or for which the insured has assumed or may assume liability or has insured for the account of others, including charges of every description accruing against the property of others, personal property of others, guests or employees of the insured for which the insured may elect to assume liability.  
Covered Cause of Loss:  All risks of direct physical loss or damage to property not otherwise excluded, including earthquake and flood, excluding boiler and machinery perils, as more fully defined in the policy.  
Limits and Sublimits:    $400,000,000 Per occurrence, except:
 
$400,000,000 Per occurrence and annual aggregate in respect of flood and earthquake separately, except: 
 
$ 10,000,000  Per occurrence and annual aggregate Flood-Locations in 100 year flood zones A&V.

Other sublimits also apply.
Deductible:   $4,000,000 Per loss arising from the perils of earthquake or flood.
 
$1,500,000 Per loss arising from any other peril.
 
If two or more deductible amounts apply to a single occurence, the total to be deducted shall not exceed the largest deductible applicable.

  • Seepage and/or pollution - specifically excludes loss, damage costs, or expenses in connection with any kind or description of seepage and/or pollution and/or contamination, direct or indirect, unless fire arises directly indirectly from seepage and/or pollution and/or contamination.
  • Asbestos exclusion.
  • Water backing up in sewers and drains.
  • Additional exclusions as specified in the policies.
