The Oregon Department of Administrative Services State Procurement Office (DAS/SPO) develops, establishes and administers contracts for goods and services on behalf of state agencies, state universities, select non-profit organizations and local governments.

The State Procurement Office is the central procurement authority for the State of Oregon and developed the Public Contracting Rules for state agencies subject to DAS authority.
