Oregon now has an online recruiting system for all branches of state government (Executive, Judicial, and Legislative). If you are brand new, welcome! If you were familiar with our previous system, you will experience several changes. Everyone should pay special attention to the instructions in each job announcement to ensure you submit all materials correctly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Email Addresses Now Required
The state of Oregon is now requiring all applications have a valid email address.

If you do not currently have an email address and do not know where to go to get one please refer to our Applicant E-Recruit FAQ's web page. Click on the link below to go directly to question #14 to view several internet providers where you can get a free e-mail account. The state of Oregon does not endorse any particular provider.

If you are a current state employee remember to look at the Internal Postings for agency and statewide promotional opportunities. For all other job opportunities please look at the Most Recent Jobs or the Job Opportunities page.

Why not have the system do some of your job searching for you!

Did you know that you can receive an e-mail notification for positions you are interested in? All you need to do is select Job Categories or Job Classification Description and fill out the necessary information. When a position is posted for the categories you selected the system will send and e-mail to the address you provided.

Job Interest cards are only sent if the position is open competitive and available for anyone to apply; they will not be sent out for jobs on the Internal Postings page.
