Take a closer look at some Oregon native insects that are part of ODA’s insect collection:
| The ODA Insect Museum (ODAC) houses a relatively modest, yet regionally significant, insect and arthropod collection. It is located on the second floor of the Oregon Department of Agriculture building in Salem, Oregon. Taxonomists, individuals, and organizations often overlook the ODAC for data on Oregon and Pacific Northwest insects and arthropods. It has been overshadowed by the much larger collection at Oregon State University, the Oregon State Arthropod Collection. However, many significant records and data reside in the ODA Insect Museum.
