Your IAP account user ID and password are different than your Online Member Services’ account user ID and password. If you do not remember your IAP password, click on the Forgot your password link. Type your username or SSN and date of birth in the appropriate text boxes, and follow the instructions. PERS will mail you a new password.
Proceed to IAP log-on.
