Online Member Services is normally available daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Time but may sometimes not be available from 4 p.m. Saturday until 6 a.m. Monday for routine maintenance.

2011 1099R data shown in Online Member Services is subject to change until the 1099R forms are printed and mailed to benefit recipients. 1099Rs will be mailed before January 31, 2012.
